Paul is the author of two books that are aimed at helping leaders to transform their businesses in ways that support growth while making them more useful for humanity and more friendly towards the planet.
Collaborative Advantage: How Collaboration Beats Competition as a Strategy for Success was released on June 22nd 2018 and The Purpose Upgrade: Change Your Business to Save the World. Change the World to Save Your Business was published on September 22nd 2022.
The Purpose Upgrade won Highly Commended in the Change and Sustainability category at the Business Book Awards in 2023. The judges described the book as, ‘A very enjoyable read and one which speaks to the heart, igniting the thinking of any leader seeking to inspire purpose-driven cultural change within their organisation and beyond.’
